A set of relief sculptures made by Gidgegannup sculptors Charles and Joan Smith in early 2000 were the feature of the park. The Heritage Circle celebrates the Town of Victoria Park`s unique Indigenous and Settlement history and represents local colonial community life, with a collection of images on six panels capturing moments in time - Flora and Fauna, Sport and Recreation, Momentous Events and Community, Architecture, Transport and Industries - we took 3 some time to contemplate the detailed work and identify the activities depicted on the panels. A picnic morning tea followed.
