WA Trails....again!!

On 5th January bright and early and overflowing busload of people headed to Walyunga National Park to do our bit. We were greeted with the usual enthusiasm of the WA Trails team and flattered with the affirmation that "we are their best volunteer group" and that they "love Wheels". We always thoroughly enjoy the couple of hours in which we take off sweaty ties and numbers, hang medals around necks both high up and low down and return numbers to their boxes in the correct order. We were treated to doughnuts by I'm not sure who before we left. There were 500 runners in this event.
