Dromedairy.....we were captivated!!

Writer: Cheryl OsborneCheryl Osborne

A busload and more enjoyed the scenic drive to Dromedairy where we listened to Max the owner of the camel dairy. He explained the workings of the mobile milking station and the history of the camels and more. He is almost blind and has a sight dog.

She is only 18 months old, a replacement for his old dog who died this year. He fondled Rev John one of his camels as he spoke to us. His love for the animals was palpable. The business is centred around body care products so some shopping was done. Watch for our skin health over the next few months!!!
